Since enterprise has become a cross curricula dimension it has significantly developed new skills within students and offered them a fun and active way to learn more about business and enterprise. More often than not enterprise draws a clear link to leadership, with those involved with enterprise often generating new leaders. The Youth of Today is further developing this link by offering brand new innovative leadership resoucres that fit directly to the enterprise curriculum overview . Specifically both the enterprise guidelines and The Youth of Today lend itself to encouraging young people to:
